  • relationships with the Social Security Institutes (INPS – INAIL – INPDAI – ENASARCO); with the Ministry of Work, with regional and local offices (Employment Centers – Province and Regional Work Headquarters, Inspection Services and Work Policy, etc.) and with other institutes and offices for specific company needs (ex. pension funds, assistance funds, etc.)
  • opening and closing contribution and insurance positions
  • checking the social security and insurance framework
  • yearly revision of the INAIL tax
  • arranging eventual debtor &/or creditor accounts
  • preparation, negotiation and definition of training and work projects, conventions for company stages, apprentice authorization

  • negotiation and definition with the Ministry of Work and Territorial Offices to authorize work for non E.U. citizens in Italy and assignment abroad of Italian workers.

Our company

Riccardo Bellocchio concentrates his practice in labour law and pension. In his  career he has dealt with the most varied matters relating the human resource, gaining  experience both in contracting and in individuals fund pension.

Professional Admissions / Qualifications: Labour consultant since 1998.

Professional Affiliations: appointed in the Council of the Milan labour consultant as Executive Researcher (Centro Studi Ricerche).
